Disgruntled Has the nerve to hang up on patients, doesn't take them serious when the patient knows something is wrong, even goes so far as to mock them. Was a long time customer, his staff has a lot of needed improvement including himself. Give him, a thumbs down for caring and diagnosing, and likes to cover his a$$, and speak in public about patient's private concerns... definitely taking my business and those that I have referred elsewhere!
