I made an appointment with him a month ago. This morning I got both the robo call and email reminding me of the appointment. Half an hour later someone called to tell me he's busy with other things so I'd be rescheduled for a week later with the nurse practitioner. Nothing was said about an emergency and, if it's appropriate to see the nurse practitioner, he could have done that originally. This was a new patient referral. Arrogance
