I loved to have a women as a doctor because I feel that they understand you more. Since I started with dr.Hsu and nurse joann ball they do everything easy for me and my illness is getting control and they make sure i feel great and contrerable. Thank you for everything. I really appreciate it and recommend it the clinic.

Dr. Hsu herself is a pleasure. Her staff is absolutely horrible. The young/older women that are responsible for the front desk and phone calls are unbelievably condescending and if they don’t like you, they will make it obvious. I never am the type to leave reviews, but it’s obvious that Dr. Hsu needs to have a serious reconsideration on her staff. My experience has been going good so far, I personally hate going to the doctors always bad news ALWAYS.
Dr Hsu and Emily Smith PA are excellent providers for rheumatology care. The entire staff is efficient and professional. I highly recommend
