Quality doctor good choice 👌
RIDICULOUS wait times! Left without being seen after 1.5 hours in office and room, with no communication as to what was going on. This same thing happened to my daughter 2 months prior. As a McLaren employee, this is unacceptable to me, and to others! On the hunt again for a new Doctor. If I could go outside of Network, I would. FED UP!
I found the doctor herself to be great. She listened to concerns and actually seemed to care. Her office, however, leaves a lot to be desired. It's nearly impossible to speak with someone over the phone, trying to schedule an appointment is a nightmare. It's easier just to drive there on my lunch break to talk with someone and even then, they've got different times blocked out for different types of appointments and the staff even seems confused when trying to schedule an appointment for you.
