My dad-in-law’s appointment is at 10am. We’re still waiting for his name to be called and it’s 10:18am now. My ticket will expire at 10:44am. ⁉️
Front desk staff extremely rude, had booked transportation with wheel trans and had to miss it as my appointment was pushed back more than an hour. Felt they didn’t care about my time. Had to call an Uber which cost me more then 35.00
