This doctor’s office uncharged me so much after a routine checkup appointment I had and the doctor barely spent 5 minutes in the office. When I reached out to the billing department, no one gave me a straight response or assisted me to resolve my issue.
Everyone in the office is kind and very helpful. Dr. Roque takes her time and is very caring.
Dr. Shelley is a great physician and the only reason I’m giving two stars is because their billing department is so hard to reach. They never return your call or I can’t leave messages because their mailbox is full. So I finally gave up on trying to reach someone.
Dr. Roque is always extremely sharp, efficient, and thorough when she see's me and takes excellent care of her patients.
I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Roque!!! I spent hours researching before making my choice --- the reason being that I had a near-fatal heart attack six days after seeing my FORMER Primary who "dismissed" the concerns I had presented to her during that visit. Dr. Roque is not only lovely with a friendly and caring persona but is also attentive, listens to my concerns and answers any questions I may have. I can speak highly about the entire staff as well.
