I trust her and her staff without hesitation. I have a fairly complex issue that is being addressed in a very open and honest way. I am nothing but pleased with the professionalism, but also comfortable/friendly atmosphere of her entire office including Joaquin and Heather. Thank you for everything you do. You have to include one area to improve, so I'll suggest getting rid of the two grey couches in the East end of the waiting room. You slide right out them and the angle is all wrong.
