Dr Permack has been my Dr for over 40 years. He was also my mom and dad’s Dr and was directly responsible for providing them with the best possible care and quality of life. He and his staff are amazing no nonsense people. Dr. Permack, Scott, Sandy and Kaira are truly the dream team and provide excellent medical services and advise.
We have always had a wonderful experience with Dr.Permack, Scott, Sandy and Keira! The receptionist (Keira) is incredibly caring and kind, making us feel like part of the family every time we visit. She always goes above and beyond to get us an appointment as soon as possible, which is such a relief. Dr.Permack is also fantastic, always attentive and thorough in addressing our concerns. Overall, it’s a place where you feel genuinely cared for and supported. Highly recommend!
The weekend before Xmas I had what Dr Permack later called a major medical incident. At the onset I attended the Pan Am Clinic and was promptly sent to the HSC where I received diagnosis and initial treatment, with advise to follow up with my family Dr. Given the Monday that followed was only two days before Xmas I had not planned on calling Dr Permack until after Xmas. Dr. Permack has been our family Doctor for 40 years. We have always received excellent care. Be it regular check ups, vaccinations or more major health concerns , Dr Permack has always been professional, knowledgeable and caring; providing referrals to specialists when necessary. Although a busy office, when an illness occurred, the office manager or staff always got us an appointment promptly and assisted with any requests
