My husband and I had been going to this location almost 20 years. We started with doctor Naidu, great doctor. He sold his office to doctor T. I decided to keep going here. But I have second thought about it. He is consumed with the computer the whole time I'm there in office. He doesn't do everything doctor Naidu did for check up. Few days ago I went for a follow-up, needed back up medicine until I got mine filled, it took so long for them to give me a week worth med that I left. This Dr is awful. Stays on his laptop the entire time patient is in the room. Evades answering questions about medications and dosages. Labs showed a TSH of 17.6 two weeks ago and levothyroxine dosage has still not be changed. Office was called TWICE with no returned call. Pushes for medications to be filled through the office pharmacy instead of patients pharmacy of choice. Not good with elderly patients at all!!!!!!
Extremely unpleasant. Very antagonistic. Very sad.
The office seems to work effectively and efficiently. Dr. T and Myla listen to my concerns. The others in the office are also very helpful.
