Dr. Shah will send over lab work and it will mysteriously never show up in their system. This has happened three times, so I would suggest calling before you go or you are in for a surprise.

Dr. Shefali cares and she makes you feel comfortable.
Dr Shah is a great listener and is open to helping by using the method that makes sense, I particularly like that she is not script happy. She offers more holistic methods if they are appropriate. I also really like her nurse Ashley. She too is a great listener and compassionate.
