She was the best Dr. I have 3 kids 3 different Dr. She listen to all concerns. She was great the day of delivery. I got induce she was there when I checked in and visit me around the clock until it was time to push. Highly recommend her to all.
I do not recommend her. She delivered my baby, and she was very cold and distant on the day of delivery. In the office during my visits, she was friendly, but it was like having a completely different doctor on the day of delivery. I had a c-section, and she didn't even greet me or say anything upon entering the delivery room. During the c-section, she and the nurse were having casual conversation as if they weren't in the middle of a c-section. First appointment was today with Dr. Pappu! It was great! She was all smiles, gave great feedback, and informative answers to my questions. She provided new information and next steps for my return. I couldn't have asked for a better visit. Also Tess an office employee was also great, along with Monique who drew my blood! The front office staff was kind although they did give me some misinformation when I scheduled my appointment. But mistakes happen. All is well. Thank you for this fantastic visit.
