Exceptionally bad experience attempting to schedule as a new patient, office staff was rude and unhelpful. Waited 2 months only to be told they no longer accept insurance after I was assured I would receive a timely appt.
I have been a patient of Dr. Sagar for more than five years and have always been satisfied. Recently, however, I have been very frustrated because my voicemails have gone unreturned. I have a prescription that I cannot get refilled. The pharmacy's request has gone unanswered. I don't know what the problem is but I am very dissatisfied at this point.
They wished me 3 happy birthdays today! A phone call, a text, and an email... all automated, but thanks anyway
