I am feeling just like the last Review. They never answer the phone at the front, checking out last time they made me wait for over 25 min just to book my last apt. Their portal does not give you access to Office notes or visit summary. Every single Dr i see has a portal that gives me access to everything. This office is living in the 90s if barely they still do things like when i worked at Dr office in the 90s! called to get my notesand was told they give you a summary when you leave your apt. Exceptionally bad experience attempting to schedule as a new patient, office staff was rude and unhelpful. Waited 2 months only to be told they no longer accept insurance after I was assured I would receive a timely appt.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sagar for more than five years and have always been satisfied. Recently, however, I have been very frustrated because my voicemails have gone unreturned. I have a prescription that I cannot get refilled. The pharmacy's request has gone unanswered. I don't know what the problem is but I am very dissatisfied at this point.
