He’s a great Dr who cares about people!!
Dr. Patel is the best Dr. Ive seen since hurting my back. He takes the time to explain in detail what your ailments are and the plannof attack. He is also genuiy tactful and always has a great attitude about explaining things. I would recomend him to all my family and friends.
I was really hoping that this would be the place that could help me with my pain. I guess I will nver know. I contacted the office through their online form as a new patient requesting an appointment. I was called and asked which office I would prefer to go to. I chose the Munster location and we proceeded to choose an appointment time. I was told that the doctor normally does not see new patients after 4p but since I work during the week they would be able to allow a 4p appointment. I would give them a 5 star rating, but I ONLY go there for PT, yet Dr. Patel found it necessary to send a prescription to my pharmacy for a medication that is used for accidental overdose for controlled substances!! What I DID NOT do was sign ANYTHING because ONLY my primary physician prescribes me ALL of my medications. What Dr. Patel failed to realized was that with the new laws on the controlled substances it sent a letter not ONLY to my PCP, but ALSO to my pharmacist AND to my insurance company AND the CDC!!!
