Not helpful at all!
The clinic is not fragrance-free, but Dr. Gedayloo is. She understood my fragrance allergy better than other doctors. I am trying to find out where she's practicing now, because it took years to find such a good doctor.
I requested a referral to the Hilo Sleep Center because my bipap machine has been recalled from the manufacturer. I had already been to the sleep center and she already had my records, but she elected to drag her feet and instead of sending the referral, she requested my records from them without having my signed consent, so they refused and it took me a dozen phone call between her office and the Sleep Center to finally get the referral I needed.
Dr. Gedayloo has been my PCP for several years, since she shared offices with Michelle Mitchell. She is empathetic and understanding, and will try to fit you in with an appointment fairly quickly. You can tell that she truly cares about her patients and she is passionate about her job, qualities that is rare to find in a PCP. Their new check-in system is pretty neat too, pretty high-tech for Hilo! Her office staff are super friendly and professional as well.
