I showed up after waiting for a good 8 months… since Dec… to see Dr Roshanravan, and the office would not let me see her. I drove almost an hour for this scheduled and confirmed appointment. This Dr and her staff are awful!!!!
Let me just say, I met a wonderful doctor!! Dr. Roshanravan was very empathetic, takes the time to educate, and is attentive to her patient's needs. Her fund of knowledge combined with a practical approach is what makes her unique. Her caring nature makes her just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. It was completely worth the wait to see Dr. Roshanravan! Last but not least, her staff is very welcoming and friendly! Highly recommend!
If they gave out superstar awards for doctors, Dr Roshanravan would win one! I needed a complicated surgery performed and having a highly skilled, caring female surgeon gave me me so much peace. It’s not an easy time to be in the hospital but Dr Roshanravan and staff made it as stress free as possible. I am so happy she is my doctor. It takes a while to get scheduled in to see her but it is worth the wait!
Poor staff communication which leads to a zero positive experience. No point in seeing a doctor if the first line of communication leads to frustration. Mocking a patient is high on the list of red flags for me. Calling in December and being told how popular the doctor is and that April is their next available isn’t something I needed to hear. How about giving me better options or at least putting me on a wait list? Ridiculous.
