I have never been to a naturopath as great as Shayla. She is very skilled and such a professional in her field. She has helped me with various health concerns of mine. She has always been very friendly, comforting and accomodating. Thanks again, Dr. Garland! You're the best!

Dr. Garland is amazing! I am in my late 40's and had been unable to eat a number of vegetables since I was in my late teens. The list of foods I was unable to eat was increasing year after year. I had been to numerous conventional practitioners and the only advice I would ever receive was "Don't eat those vegetables. Just stay away from them if they cause discomfort". I had never been to see a Naturopath before and I am very glad I took the plunge to see Shayla. She has helped me more than the multitude of Doctors I had seen for my dizziness/vertigo. I am not knocking Doctors but I have to say it was my Naturopath who figured out what was going on by accessing my whole body, lifestyle, and diet. Love the acupuncture she does which alleviated my considerable anxiety over my disorder.
