I have anxiety and vertigo.So my visits to the dentist were torcher. Then I was looking for a new dentist and I saw Dr Shay's name I decided to try him that was the best decision I have ever made. I love Dr Shay and his staff they are all very nice, patient, compassionate, family oriented they understand my needs and always accommodate me and are tremendously clean.Im always recommending him.I even like going to the dentist now they make me feel special eveytime. Dr. Shay’s dental office is one of my favorite destinations! I was greeted by friendly staff like Abby & Jessie who made me feel welcome and appreciated. The dental technician Marsha took my X-rays and cleaned my teeth. And, Dr. Shay caught up with how I’m doing before we had the dental exam. Today, I also met Dr. Mong and he was super cool too. I drove from Inglewood to Montebello and the trip was a small price to pay for the quality and kindness I experienced.
Highly recommend this place. Never thought I would be so highly reviewing a dental office, but these folks are extremely kind professional and keep the office very clean. I always look forward to coming here knowing it will be painless and I’ll be taken care of ! Thanks guys
After 30+ years with my LA dentist, I finally found Dr. Shay closer to home in the San Gabriel Valley — and I couldn’t be happier! The staff is warm, friendly, and makes you feel truly valued. Dr. Shay treats you like a friend, not just a patient, and takes the time to explain every procedure and option clearly. I left feeling confident, cared for, and grateful. They have truly given me the confidence to smile again. I highly recommend Dr. Shay! Without a doubt. :)
