When calling the office, the receptionist rarely answers the phone. Calls go directly to voicemail. This is frustrating and unprofessional. Poor communication with patients. Office staff is not friendly.
Dr. Moyer and his staff are always so professional and courteous. I would give 10 stars if I could.
