Went in for a small spot on my thyroid that needed to be removed. Turned out to be cancer. Dr.McKay was very quick at every appointment and ended up with a paralyzed vocal cord. Did he find it. No. When I went in for my follow ups, I complained of breathing issues, he didn’t even exam me. Just looked at my scar and told me what a great job he did. Very efficient, very professional, very knowledgeable. Many in my family go to Dr. McKay, he diagnoses, treats and cures.
Someone please assist me in finding a way to report this doctor. He denied treatment to my little brother because he reacted badly to a medication that he gave him without telling him what it is. He didn’t ask any questions before applying anything and told him to go to the hospital if he’s going to be doing “all that”. BROTHER WAS THROWING UP FROM HIS STOMACH ALREADY BEING UPSET WHICH HE WOULD HAVW KNOW. IF HE ASKED ANY QUESTIONS!!
My experience with Dr. McKay has been very unpleasant. I came here today for a tonsil stone checkup and left without being informed of an effect solution. The only things that he told me were that I can use a water flosser and some people use baby soap to get rid of it (it will continue appearing again regardless). What did it for me was that when I recieved a call from an unknown caller in the middle of the appointment, he quickly rushed out of the room like he didn’t want to say another word to me anymore.
