Been going for many yrs to verde dental, dr Kenny did an awesome job on my implant- gently no pain- hes the best!
The office gals and their manager are a mess. I needed photos sent to 2 doctors, the one dr. was a referral and should've had recvd all the records regardless. The other, my Dr never recvd anything! So when I called the dentist office to complain, (3 calls later) the manage was rude and uppity. I was also told I needed to pay 10.00 for my photos, I then responded 'should I call Medicare and tell them how they paid for my Dr's visit and how we both sat there with no records or photos due to the negligence of your office.' I've been here 5 times, and I've explained plenty of times my teeth are in pain and they continuously say they can do nothing to fix it and continually take my money to recommend me to places my insurance doesn't cover. Awful dentist with awful care.
