Dr Baca is an extremely smart man. I’ve seen so many rheumatologists and he’s really the best by far
Dr. Baca is a HORRIBLE DOCTOR. First of all, I had to wait an hour every visit. Secondly, during our first meeting, he dismissed me due to my age. After presenting him with photographic evidence of my symptoms, family history of SLE, and a detailed timeline, he ordered labs. I shared fears that the labs wouldn’t be worthwhile due to my not experiencing symptoms at the time (which he ignored). Recently had an appointment at this facility. Despite my partner’s attempts to explain her symptoms, her frustration with dealing with them, and test results not providing any real answers to their cause, the doctor stated, “I am the doctor and this is what it is”. That statement in itself is extremely invalidating to patients in chronic pain, dismisses their concern, and ruins patient-doctor relationships. Dr Baca brought me from the depths of despair, and that is not an exaggeration, from Psoriatic Arthritis some years ago when NO ONE ELSE could figure out what was wrong with me He is the kindest most knowledgeable caring doctor I’ve ever know There is no way I’d ever see anyone else ! He’s there to help in ever way and I HIGHLY recommend him and his office The people who work there are wonderful and warm and always caring and concerned about any issues! They feel like family to me ❤️
