She put hand sanitizer on then reached over and pulled my left eyelid down. Burning pain in my eye. I said “ouch what is that wet stuff on your hand”. She then told me I was mistaken, that she didn’t get the sanitizer in my eye!! It burned. Do you think she then checked my eye Just In Case it was burned? NOPE, she left.
