She’s great and has helped me over the years.
I did not feel she was attentive or listening to me at all. I thought she was sleeping the whole time in every session.
Dr Shauna is awesome. Both my grandchildren see her and love her. She knows how to get them to talk when they do not want to. She plays games and will draw. I highly recommend her for your child if they have any issues. She listens and cares.
I had an enjoyable session with Dr. Reynolds and I would highly recommend her to anyone.... Her staff is super friendly as well
Dr. Shauna fell asleep during the sessions. When she was awake, she would use a resting pillow in front of her to hide the fact that she was on her phone completely ignoring the client in session. The negative advice given was contradictory to her website and the sales pitch of being an effective counselor in various situations. Be careful and know that she is biased if you attend her with a partner. She will pick sides which makes it awkward to complete sessions and receive a neutral proper assessment and diagnosis.
