He may know what he is talking about but he has zero "bed side" manners. As someone with PTSD I can not handle when people talk to me loudly/yelling and he was told multiple times this fact but would not lower his voice. I could go on and on but the biggest thing was talking down to me and "yelling" after being told that we do not respond well to loud sounds.
