I'm surprised at the few poor reviews, but hey everyone's experience is different. I've been to see Dr Macgrath a few times and thought he was great. Very professional, a good communicator and friendly. The office staff are likewise brilliant.
I saw Dr McGrath a while ago, but have been meaning to leave a review so others don't have to have the same experience as I did. I waited a year to see him because I expected someone nice based on other reviews, but found him extremely dismissive, arrogant, and left feeling very upset. I thought maybe he had a bad day, so tried him once more but the experience was even worse the second time. First visit yesterday. I have found Dr Mcgrawth to be efficient, knowledgeable, non -judgmental, and kind. Great service by the reception as well. Highly recommend!
Waiting 40 minutes over the appointment time to be given garbage advice with an argumentative doctor doesn't feel great. Find an endo who understands treating symptoms, not numbers. Thankfully it was bulk billed, it wasn't worth a cent. EDIT: Dr McGrath is correct; it was Dr Rowe who was the issue, though reception could have told me I'd be waiting nearly an hour.
