Four months after services rendered they sent me a bill stating I owed them money due in one week. Office staff members were unprofessional, ignorant and rude when I called to find out why. The administrator spoke very rudely to me when I called to inquire as to why I am being billed for covered services. Then, proceeded to tell me that they are NOT a part of my plan although I called to verify that they were MONTHS ahead of my visit. I have been under Dr. de Edwards care for years and I have never been happier with the love and care that she and her team has for her patients. I would gladly recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a personable, caring doctor who hears and listens to her patient’s concerns.
I wanted to give Dr. Sharon De Edward a good rating since I’ve never had any issues with her or the staff. Still, unfortunately, the medications I was being prescribed by her weren’t working and I was constantly subjected to culture swaps each time the medication failed. Dr. De Edward placed me on three separate antibiotics and none of them resolved my issue. My experience has been great. I like that the Dr. always thoroughly explains everything in detail and the office staff has been great with communication and scheduling convenient appointments.
