I saw Dr de Edwards years ago and will never forget a procedure she performed with no numbing to remove polyps or cysts and I had tears streaming down my face. All she said was to breath through the pain. She was very rough and seemed uncaring. I write this after a friend said she saw her too and that memory popped up. I would not recommend her or her husband who was never there but “helped run the office”.

Four months after services rendered they sent me a bill stating I owed them money due in one week. Office staff members were unprofessional, ignorant and rude when I called to find out why. The administrator spoke very rudely to me when I called to inquire as to why I am being billed for covered services. Then, proceeded to tell me that they are NOT a part of my plan although I called to verify that they were MONTHS ahead of my visit. I have been under Dr. de Edwards care for years and I have never been happier with the love and care that she and her team has for her patients. I would gladly recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a personable, caring doctor who hears and listens to her patient’s concerns.

I wanted to give Dr. Sharon De Edward a good rating since I’ve never had any issues with her or the staff. Still, unfortunately, the medications I was being prescribed by her weren’t working and I was constantly subjected to culture swaps each time the medication failed. Dr. De Edward placed me on three separate antibiotics and none of them resolved my issue. My new doctor informed me that the medicines I was placed on weren’t effective enough to help and it’s unusual that Dr. De Edward placed me on those medications. Overal... read more
