Horrible experience. She is rude, unwelcoming, unknowledgeable, and all around unpleasant. I had better results being my own doctor via Google. If for some reason you were sent here because of a kidney stone, do yourself a favor and get a referral from your family doctor to the kidney stone clinic at st Mikes.
Dr. Sharir is amazing BUT Cynthia Ball is a secretary at Dr.Sharir's clinic and my god was this woman HORRIBLE! I am going out of my way to write this review in the hopes that Dr. Sharir sees this herself and fires this woman! My mother called to make an appointment over the phone, my mother has a very slight accent. When she was giving the name, this woman had the nerve to say "I don't understand your language spell out the name" very harshly while my mother was speaking pure English.
