My husband had developed dementia, and I was not allowed to escort him in to see Dr. Hong. This practice seemed to only care about payment for services, and not the wellbeing of the patient. My husband's health was failing rapidly, and he needed for me to explain his problems and symptoms. He since passed away. I am very disappointed in this clinic.
Great Dr.
She never looked up from her tablet and never even looked at me. Did not explain to me why she did x-rays of my hands and feet when I had no pain in them. After she got the results back from my bloodwork, she didn't even call to explain anything to me. She had her nurse call me. Very disappointed in the way I was treated. I think doctors should at least be a little more personal to their patients. I won't go back!
