I was not pleased with the was dr. Koren dismissed me after a year seeking her for my diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthur, Fibourmilga. I kept feeling a lot of pain in my spine, swollen knees,calfs,fingers and right should. After now being diagnosed with nother ills call Dish in my spine which have me in constantly in pain. Dr Koren release me and stop my R.A. medication, and said I don't have it. she states she can't help me with the other problems because she only treats Rheumatoid Arthur. My experience with Dr Koren and the front desk as only been excellent. Dr Koren is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly. There have been a few occasions where I have called the office because I have been in lots of discomfort and the receptionist has been very helpful, passes on my details to Dr Koren who has always got back to me very quickly.
The absolute lack of professional from Dr.Koren's front desk receptionist today was disgusting. I cannot believe how rude she was over the phone. Her lack of sympathy in trying to assist me in getting a copy of my mother's treatment plan was appalling. She simply could have informed Dr.Koren of our inquiry and allowed the doctor to handle it if our request was such a nuisance to her. She also hung up on me which was extremely rude.
