Dr Yee is great it’s THE STAFF that are absolutely horrible! They don’t have any sympathy for the sick, you think they WANT to go to the doctor? My mom with stage 4 cancer had such a hard time booking an appointment because they never answer and when she miraculously got an appointment she was told so unprofessionally “NO NO NOOOO” when we asked if they had an later appointment that day because we were encountering car issues. Terrible experience that they did not find out my wife’s insurance issue but keep asked me to wait, and then it wastes three months while my wife is a patient with cancer who needs MRI follow up test ASAP. Thank god that my wife is safe now but their mistake could kill some other unlucky patients
Terrible experience at this provider. After waiting 3 hours for an appointment, he Doctor didn’t have the decency to even come in the room. Instead her PA did the consult and went back and forth to the doctor every time she had a question. Practices like this shouldn’t exist. It doesn’t matter how good the Doctor is if they can’t manage to run their business and be there for their patient.
She is most caring and patient, always trying to do the best for her paients.
