Sat there while the lady talked on the phone about puppies for twenty minutes, just for her to tell me she can’t move forward without two months of bank statements and a paper check. Waste of time.

I called for some information & the girl there was rude, not blatantly but when you work in customer service you should treat your potential customers with at least a little bit of respect. Maybe this job just isn't for you.
