Dr. Mass has excellent bedside manner. Gentle, kind and cares.
Dr. Mass is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to listen to all my concerns and always provides thoughtful, expert medical advice. I feel completely comfortable and cared for at every visit. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable OBGYN.
my delivery was around 3am. 30 min in labor, no epidural. the doc and nurses were telling me to shutup while i was moaning in pain. and when the baby was out and i felt barely alive and shivering, they all just left. i even asked one of the nurses and they just told me to ask some other nurse, i think the name was roxane, i dont remember, but omg. she, i think hated her life. she was a first real life grinch i have ever seen. it was my first birth, and no one gives a shit. they also jabbed pitocin in my arm in such a bad way... read more
