Years later, Sharlene left a lasting impression on me due to her down to earth, compassionate and honest approach. She made me feel comfortable and validated and provided me with tools and methods to help me recognise and understand my thoughts and behaviours. She set realistic standards and was clear and concise in her conversation. Sharlene comes from a place of knowledge, understanding, compassion and a genuine want to help others live healthily.
Sharlene was the perfect blend of professionalism and warmth. She helped me navigate my way through things that have been sitting with me for some time. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
