Doctor Neufeld was very unprofessional snd staff is incompetent. While I was looking for Eyewear I overheard the staff say. "yeah they just walk in here and don't say anything to anyone." So I knindly walked to the desk and introduced myself and said "I have an appointment today." The office was closed til 1pm which is very odd (highly unlikely for lunch since it was closed for over an hour).
