This man has taken care of my son since he was 4, he is now near 16. Diagnosed him after his condition was missed by other ENT's. Absolutely adores my son and greets me with a hug always. I have watched him be caring and kind with my child when he was young and scared, he has also held my hand when ive been upset that my child is upset. I dnt find him dismissive as others have described, i find him to be someone who just needs the facts. Cant fault him as a ENT or his mannerism during appointments.
Professional, knowledgeable and kind. Excellent knowledge and an excellent manner. Took his time to explain things thoroughly, provide options and reassure. Highly recommend.
Always very caring with a calm demeanour, combined with excellent surgical skills I can ask for a better ENT tbh!

Whilst he is matter of fact, he also shows an empathy and concern for my ear health issues demonstrating humility and professionalism.
