Dr. Shannon Malone doesn’t even deserve 1 star quite honestly. She isn’t in any way helpful nor understanding and I can’t state that enough for anyone reading this!! I had a relative who had recently lost her OBGYN after 10+ years due to a location change. Considering my relative had just beaten stage 3 cancer and had gone through several treatments of chemo, she went in for a checkup. My wife was “fired” by Dr Malone when she was 7 months pregnant. No warning beforehand. My wife always felt that Dr. Malone would not listen and was dismissive of her concerns. In hindsight it was a hidden blessing as we found a much more understanding and compassionate doctor.
Dr. Malone is amazing! She always comes to the room with a smile on her face. I know she truly cares about me and wants me to have the best birth experience. She listens to me if I have any concerns and explains things well. She has been very encouraging to me throughout the process and this is my first pregnancy so I need all the encouragement. She truly is a genuine person and I know I am in good hands.
She is absolutely amazing!! I woke up after having surgery, (in a great deal of pain) to Dr. Malone holding my hand and telling me I'm ok and everything is ok. She was so caring and made sure I was taken care of immediately. She is a blessing.
