While Dr. Adams has been transitioning out of Kindbody, the office has been in flux, short staffed and non-responsive. When I call (and I have called a lot) I can only reach the call center (Cory has been wonderful) who can only reach out to the office and give them a message. This still doesn’t result in a call back for anything including wrong billing, cancelled appointments (by Kindbody), and getting test results. I have been extremely disappointed with my experience at Kindbody.

Dr Adams is simply one of the best. She is calm, brilliant, and an excellent clinician. She took great care of me in my IVF cycle!
