Dr. Ness-AMAZING HUMAN
I wish I could leave 10 stars. It’s been a long while since I had a positive experience at the dentist office, and this was just that. Every single person I encountered from the front desk to the dental chair was super friendly and inviting. Huge shout out to Lauren for a gentle and thorough cleaning. I actually felt relaxed while she was cleaning my teeth. I’m actually excited for my next cleaning, which is something I never thought I’d be saying!
Had a routine cleaning but staff is excellent. Very thorough and knowledgeable, in addition to being friendly and kind.
There was no wait time, the oral hygiene process went smoothly and very efficiently.
Appreciated the thorough, very well explained session
