Not sure if this practice is ethical. On December 12, 2023, I requested a refill for my medication from Dr. Lanys' office, which was supposed to be requested from the manufacturer. However, I was informed that they declined to refill it and advised me to find a new prescriber or a new PCP. On December 19, 2023, when I contacted the manufacturer, I discovered that my refill amount had changed from 2 to 1. I obtained the tracking number and traced my medication to Dr. Lanys' office. On September 22, 2023 I called Dr.Lanys office just to ask a simple question. I initiated my first call Lilly answered, and immediately put me on hold, 5 minutes later she picked up and put me on hold without uttering a word. I hung up and called again, and every time I was instantly placed on hold without a word, which tells me they have caller ID. Liily is rude!
