Dr. Shane Ford and all of the staff were great. I was in and out quickly and was impressed with the new technology/equipment they use. My appointment couldn't have gone better. Double thumbs up to everyone at Arkansas Eye Care Group.

I was very pleased with my eye exam. I was greeted pleasantly when I arrived. I was taken to the exam room promptly and was given a thorough preliminary exam by Allison. She was courteous and professional. She explained that the eye scan was recommended, but wasn't covered by my insurance. I chose to have the scan. Dr. Ford gave me a thorough exam and explained the results in an understandable manner. I recommend Arkansas Eye Care Group without reservation.

I saw Dr. Ford and was impressed by his thoroughness and explanation. Reason for downgrade: I was told glasses would be in 7-10 days. On day 17 I called and was told the lab was behind, that they were aware of the situation, and that the glasses would be in this week (not sure how they can promise that one.) A suggestion might be to call clients when this or something similar happens BEFORE the client calls them!

Took my 9 year old granddaughter in for her first real eye check up today, everyone was very nice, answered her questions as to what they were doing and why. She saw Shane E Ford OD. he was very good with her friendly, laughed at the fact that she was timing how long it would be for him to come in, she gave him 5 minutes and he asked her how much time he had left and she said 2 minutes.
