Dr. Shanahan is my favorite doctor ever. I’ve been trying to figure out what’s wrong with me, going to many different doctors over the past 25 years. While many of them were polite, they didn’t really listen to what I was telling them or they just didn’t have the capability of understanding what was really going on. I called this doctor's office because i had gotten a referral from my primary care doctor to see Dr. Shanahan. They told me to fax my referral and medical records to them. so my primary care doctor did that. After I knew they did that I called them back. They did not even call me back. They called my primary care doctor and they told them they could not take me as a patient. That they screened people before taking them.
