Dr. Shamshad Begum is my family doctor. She is a wonderful person indeed and takes care patients very carefully. I simply love the way of her treatment. Thank you Doctor for everything you did for my family.
Office nevers answers phone or they leave you on hold til you hang up, ive called three times and have been put on hold for over 8 minutes each time. Rude staff, wont be coming back.

Extremely rude staff, slams the door in your face between the waiting room and the office where you check in when get there. The Office Mgr yells at the doctor and tell her what to prescribe and what not to prescribe. Doctor sees as many patients as she can, spends no time with you..... basically turns and burns...... I really like to this doctor at first. But I completely stopped going when my employer called the doctor's office to see exactly what was wrong with me after a doctor's appointment and they told him exactly why... read more
I have been very pleased with the care I receive as a patient of Dr.Begum. As a nurse I am impressed with the office staff and the professional way everyone works together. Dr.Begum shows true compassion and empathy for her patients,and I am grateful for that.
