The most gentle and lovely doctor I have ever seen for my private parts. She definitely knows her stuff and has a wonderful bedside manner, a great sense of humour too. Highly recommend.
If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. Dr Shalini is by far the worst medical practitioner I have ever seen. I seen her in 2017 when I was having severe pain for months on end. My GP and myself thought it was best to be passed on to a specialist as more needed to be done. She referred me too Dr Shalini. I went in for my appointment and she was running late, another lady got up to ask the receptionist how long she was going to be as she had been waiting for over and hour and needed to get her son soon. Tell me why, 48hrs after I had my sister on the phone, saying you recommended just taking pain killers and drinking water for period pain that had her hospitalised in the past, I’m getting calls from the hospital saying my sister was admitted for emergency surgery where they removed ovarian cysts off her inflamed uterus, after which they asked me on my knowledge of endometriosis, as that is what my sister had and will be recovering from? this doctor is dismissive, condescending and in my opinion does not fulfil her legal fiduciary duty to provide medical care to patients. She told my housemate who i have known for 19 years, that her debilitating period pain which she had been hospitalised for in the past could be managed by "keeping fluids up" and taking medication earlier, despite my friend repeatedly mentioning that she took pain medication early.
