Very accessible office. Helpful and pleasant staff.
2011 Had thyroidectomy due to ca. From 2011 until recently I had my pcp handle my thyroid medication until a coworker suggested I see a endocrinologist. She recommended Dr Kaul so I made an appointment for earliest date which 3 month wait. Two weeks prior I got a call from the office asking if I had a recent ultrasound. I told the office that I hadn't and the office said ok, no worries. At the appointment I was asked again and I said I had not had an ultrasound in many years. Dr. Kaul took the time to really listen and explain things clearly, which made a big difference. She is so attentive and caring. The staff made the whole visit easy as well from check-in to follow-up.
Dr. Kaul was excellent. She is so kind and genuinely cares about her patients. The staff was super friendly and organized. I had no issues at all; highly recommend!
