I’m extremely disappointed with the recent customer service at this office. The doctors have always been great, and this was once an office I had a very positive experience with. Unfortunately, the front office staff and communication have become a major concern. Since the beginning of the year, it has become increasingly difficult to reach the office by phone. Office is not answer the call, very difficult to make DR. Appointment.
This office is the worst. They NEVER answer the phone. You have to leave a message and maybe they call you back, but probably not.
