Office is not answer the call, very difficult to make DR. Appointment.
This office is the worst. They NEVER answer the phone. You have to leave a message and maybe they call you back, but probably not.
Very accessible office. Helpful and pleasant staff.
2011 Had thyroidectomy due to ca. From 2011 until recently I had my pcp handle my thyroid medication until a coworker suggested I see a endocrinologist. She recommended Dr Kaul so I made an appointment for earliest date which 3 month wait. Two weeks prior I got a call from the office asking if I had a recent ultrasound. I told the office that I hadn't and the office said ok, no worries. At the appointment I was asked again and I said I had not had an ultrasound in many years.
