Doesn’t listen to a person symptoms and their day to day concerns. Undermines everything you tell him. Insensitive. Not eager to figure a health concern out but quick to blame other people/reasons. Seems to be in a rush.
Dr. Zaveri is an excellent and experienced cardiologist and a good friend. Staff is very friendly.
Rude Staff! My mothers surgery is back on and needed a copy of her latest tests from the Schaumburg office. We reached out on Monday, August 3rd, as well as Wednesday, August 5th. I called on Friday at 1:15 and was told to call back at 2:30 because the person who handles the copies was at lunch. I called back at 2:40 and asked if the copies were ready for pick up. I cannot stress highly enough - DO NOT let this doctor treat you. I am so disappointed, I truly don't know where to start. Please, just head my warning. As an example, the person who handles the billing, who I believe is a wife/family member, works only odd hours a couple of days a week. Be prepared for a formidable languange barrier. Beyond that, a miscoding in her billing was denied by BC/BS and showed up in collections, 2.5 years later.
