Be prepared to wait hours in the lobby to see the doctor. They are always running behind and the staff at the front desk is grossly incompetent. They’ll ask you to tweak your diet and then make you wait weeks before they’ll actually give you any medical help so expect to be ill or have symptoms that persist for a while before they’ll actually give help.
Standard of care is very minimal. Office is extremely disorganized and chaotic. My first appointment I knew more about the patient sitting next to me just by the front desk talking about her and her medical problems not limited but including her birth date, address, medical history, and imaging recently done. That alone is a major HIPAA infringement. Took 45 minutes for me to be roomed meanwhile 3 patients came and go before me. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy in October 2024. The staff are very helpful, and I called them quite a lot!! Dr. Behara was there on time to surgery and her usual sweet self. I have been going to her since 2017 for my gastroenterology needs!!
My first time here I absolutely love everyone and everything about this place. I totally appreciate Dr Behara bedside manners. Very attentive to listen to my concerns. I felt I got everything I needed addressed. Very compassionate . Very friendly staff too! Donovan was great! I am happy with my visit and highly recommend.
Had bad experience with this doctor's staff recently, particularly the manager who is very rude. Sorry to say, the Manager is only after making money, has no empathy for elderly patients, inspite of the patient giving reasons for not being able to make an appointment, and requests for a refill, the manager insists on the patient to visit the doctor, simply to get the copay.
