The best doctor
Called on Sunday, August 9th regarding medication that was not covered by insurance. Was met with the rudest lady who claimed her name is Mandy M.. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Horrible attitude, screaming at us for no reason and refusing to provide any information or help.
Today I was extremely shaken mentally when my wife and I arrived at Dr. Shaikh’s office in Long Island, and the receptionist said she had no record of us. Even after I explained that I had called just yesterday to confirm and we had indeed confirmed our appointment, she still replied that those responsible for communications hadn’t sent any message.
Fraud, makes you do procedures that isn’t needed stay away.
