I no longer live in Monterey, or even in CA. Dr. Behnam was my doctor for quite a few years that I lived there. I was extremely overextended and stressed out much of that time, simply due to my employer at the time. I knew deep down I should leave, but it seemed insurmountable to start all over, so I lived with the stress. I remember Dr. Behnam telling me one time, “If you lose your job, you get a new one.
