This doctor did a procedure that I specifically refused. He cut a tendon in my upper are instead of repairing it like I requested. I specifically told him and his PA that I was right handed, active, and wanted it repaired, not cut. The day of the surgery the consent did not reflect what we had discussed and the PA refused to change it but stated he would let the doctor know.
