Not only did this doctor tried to inappropriately and illegally bill me for “office visits” that were only lab draws and I ended up having to report him to my insurance for it, he ordered a Genesight test for me and never discussed the results with me AT ALL. Just emailed them to me and did and said nothing. A year later I find out that I have a very significant genetic mutation that is discussed in these results however, I did not understand it at the time nor did I see it on the results then. Dr. Jacobs is an amazing doctor and I love him. It is very hard to find a doctor who puts his client first but Dr. Jacobs is epitomizes this character trait. He always explains everything in detail, he is always available to answer questions and makes you feel very comfortable every time you come into his office. I have had bad experiences with Doctors but I thank God I found Dr. Jacobs.
